Configuration and Integration Wins

The configuration team has been busy these last few months. This list contains some of the major wins that have been completed:

  • Water Hauler Business License renewal process - The business Licenses renewal process is live in MiEHDWIS. External users can either complete the renewal process online with MiEHDWIS, or complete a form and send it back to the state.

  • Water hauler License Templates have been created. This allows licenses to be generated inside MiEHDWIS and pulls the correct data from the database regarding the entity.

  • Minor workflow adjustments for Swimming Pool and Campground inspection forms, to create a follow up if after EGLE review, and a follow up is truly needed.

  • Updates to the Consumer Confidence Reports workflow - There is a new consumer confidence report workflow this year, and some updates have been added to address user errors.

  • Several different CWS forms and templates have been updated with accurate contact information.

Is there a configuration change you would like to happen? Submit a Request a Change ticket. The process is simple. Once you submit a change request, it is reviewed to see if this is something that is a quick review and change or if it something that needs to be approved on a larger scale. You will meet with the configuration team, to help come up with a solution.
