Construction Permit

Processing a Swimming Pool Construction Permit

The Swimming Pool construction permit is started by the external user and then transitioned to EGLE after payment is made.

New swimming pool establishments are going to be created through the construction permit.

Change of Ownership

This KBA covers the process of change/transfer of ownership.

This activity workflow has two possible starting points:

  1. An external user creates the change in ownership application.

  2. The Swimming Pool Program staff can start the activity for the external user.
