New Knowledge Base Articles -
KBAs On Hold!
With Release 18 on its way, most internal KBA production has taken a back seat as we focus on creating new materials.
Please note, we are still producing KBAs for our external users.
Expect a new wave of KBAs after R-18, highlighting new features and workflows!
You can access all Knowledge Base articles at Confluence.
Configuration and Integration Wins
The configuration team has been busy these last few months. This list contains some of the major wins that have been completed:
Making Septage Haulers and Septage Waste Receiving Facilities activities viewable to external users.
Added file types to the Sanitary Survey Activity.
New task added to Bacti Sampling Site Plan Workflow to alert an analyst when an engineer has completed their review.
External users can now submit Swimming Pool Construction Permit.
Updating Inspection Activities for Swimming Pool and Campgrounds.
Updates for the CWS Construction permit workflow.
Monitoring Schedule Workflow adjusted with a new transition for internal users to move an activity from closed to active.
External users can now create a Swimming Pool Accident Report.
Current Configuration Work
The Configuration Crew is hard at work preparing for Release 18, which will allow payment to happen through MiEHDWIS. Right now, work is underway for:
New Licenses workflows from Swimming Pools and Campgrounds that integrates payment through MiEHDWIS
Externally created Construction Permits for both Campgrounds and Swimming Pools.
New Septage Hauler cropped plan
Improved Septage Hauler and Water Hauler license workflows.
Is there a configuration change you would like to happen? Submit a Request a Change ticket. The process is simple. Once you submit a change request, it is reviewed to see if this is something that is a quick review and change or if it something that needs to be approved on a larger scale. You will meet with the configuration team, to help come up with a solution.
