How to Download Grouped Copies of Swimming Pool Licenses to email to the LHD's.

LHD’s can now download their own swimming pool licenses off their dashboard page.

Until LHD’s are comfortable downloading their own copies of the annual swimming pool licenses, Starla or business admin staff can provide the copies to the LHD’s, grouped by county.

 Instructions

  1. Click on Documents in left-hand main navigation menu.

  2. Add the follow these search criteria:

    1. Entity Type is Swimming Pool Establishment

    2. Activity Type is Swimming Pool Establishment - Swimming Pool Licenses

    3. Document Classification is Generated Document

    4. Document Name contains swimming pool License

    5. Activity Status is Active-Generic active status for workflows

    6. Local Health Department is (select the needed county)

  3. Click on Search.

  4. Download each license by clicking on the download cloud

  5. To change counties, select the Advanced Search Icon.

  6. The Advanced Search page will appear, and counties can be changed.
