How do I submit my activity using the PIN?

Checking a Submission Attestation box and inputting a PIN are required to submit an activity to EGLE for community water supplies.

  1. After attaching appropriate documents and/or completing forms and tasks, the Certifier will click the Submit to EGLE button.

  1. Another box pops up, reaffirming your decision to Submit to EGLE.

  2. Once here, you will be asked to click the Submission Attestation checkbox indicating the information you are submitting is true and accurate to the best of your knowledge and belief. A four digit CoR PIN will be sent to your email address and/or cell phone via text message. Enter in the CoR PIN and click Submit to EGLE.

Important: Only one (1) PIN will be sent to you per MiEHDWIS session. This means that if you are logged into MiEHDWIS and submit more than one activity to EGLE, the same PIN will be used. If you log out or are timed out of MiEHDWIS at any time, a new PIN will be sent to you.
