How do I create and submit an activity?

  1. Click Create Activity.

  2. From the dropdown, select the Entity Type.

  3. Select the Activity Type.

  4. Type in the Entity Name or Entity ID to ensure that the file is connected to the correct Entity upon submission. Confirm that the Entity Name matches the Entity ID.

  5. Click Create.

  6. At this point, you will be taken to the Activity page and are assigned a unique Activity ID (ACT-XXXX).

  7. On this page, you may click Upload Attachment to upload files, use the Send Message tool to send a message to the appropriate DWEHD staff member, view the Status and Timeline, as well as complete any Tasks, if applicable.

  8. To upload a file, click Upload Attachment.

  9. Select the file(s) to upload.

  10. Complete the information on the card. Click Save.

  11. Click Submit on the overall activity once everything is complete.

Be sure to click Submit on the overall Activity. Your file(s) will NOT be sent to EGLE until doing so.
  1. At this point, community water supply Certifiers will be asked to enter in a PIN. Please view the PIN instructions on how to complete the submittal.
