Rollout of SDWIS/MiEHDWIS Compliance Schedules

EGLE now has configuration control over which SDWIS compliace schedule activity types create a selected type of MiEHDWIS activity. Given EGLE has set MiEHDWIS to look for a specific SDWIS compliance schedule type and a compliance schedule of that type exists in SDWIS and is open (no closed date) and has a Final status, a MiEHDWIS activity will be created of the specified type.

The SDWIS Compliance Schedule Activity Sync runs automatically overnight at 3 AM after SDWIS CDS runs at 2 PM, which puts compliance schedules created in SDWIS on your radar via your MiEHDWIS Dashboard. The SDWIS process can also be run on-demand in order to get MiEHDWIS activities created from SDWIS sooner.

The new SDWIS Schedule Types are, CCAR - Cross Connection Annual Report and PUAR - Pumpage/Usage Annual Report. These SDWIS types are configured to kick off their corresponding Annual Report Type activity is MiEHDWIS, Pumpage Annual Report and Cross Connection Annual Report.

Future Compliance Schedule Candidates

• CCR - Consumer Confidence Report: Single SDWIS Compliance Schedule with activities for both the Report and Certification. Single SDWIS schedule to kick off two linked MiEHDWIS activities.

• OEL - Operational Evaluation Level: This SDWIS Compliance Schedule type is generated automatically based on SDWIS determinations. Integrating SDWIS with MiEHDWIS can help get things running in the background in SDWIS more on staff radar by assigning staff activities and getting the review items on their dashboard.
