Compliance Schedules - Coming Soon!

With Release 17 on January 16, 2025, we will have the ability to create Compliance Schedules activities in MiEHDWIS based on the information pulled from SDWIS Compliance Schedules. If a SDWIS Compliance Schedule Type is configured in MiEHDWIS, a MiEHDWIS activity will be created for each Open and Final SDWIS Compliance Schedule of the configured type.

Activities created by the SDWIS Compliance Schedule Activity Create Process in MiEHDWIS can be found via Activities Search, so you can create Dashboard Saved Searches, and Water Supply Entity Type Activities tabs.

The SDWIS Compliance Schedule Activity Create Process runs automatically overnight at 3 AM after SDWIS CDS runs at 2 PM, which puts compliance schedules automatically created by SDWIS on your radar via your MiEHDWIS Dashboard. The SDWIS process can also be run on-demand in order to get MiEHDWIS activities created from SDWIS sooner.

The Operational Evaluation Level (OEL) Compliance Schedule type will be the first schedule type that CWS will go live with sometime after R17. Please be on the lookout for updates to this KBA, and messaging via email as we continue to roll out new compliance schedule in MiEHDWIS.
