Document Abbreviation-PWSID-YearMonth-EntryPointName-Version # 

Example: MOR-01234-202205-Well1-2 

YearMonth should reflect the Month and Year that the file pertains to, not necessarily the received date of the file. Entry Point Name is not applicable in all situations. Version Number is only needed if there is more than one.
