How do I submit a Disinfectants and Disinfection Byproducts Sampling Plan?
On the left main navigation bar under Dashboard, click Create Activity.
Create a new activity.
Click the dropdown for Entity Type and select Community Water Supply.
Click the dropdown for Category and select Sampling Plans.
Click the dropdown for Activity Type and select Disinfectants and Disinfection.
Input the community water supply that you work for, either by searching for the water supply by name or by the last 5 digits of the Public Water Supply ID (PWSID, previously called WSSN, Example: 04312).
On the bottom right, click Create.
At this point, you will be taken to the Activity page and are assigned a unique Activity ID (ACT-XXXX).
On this page, you may click Upload Attachment to Customer Attachments, use the Send Message tool to send a message to the appropriate DWEHD staff member, view the Status and Timeline.
Scroll down to Customer Attachment section.
Click on the Upload Attachment button, on the Customer Attachment card.
Select Browse or drag files to start adding materials to your activity.
Select the files to upload. Be sure to select the type of file you are uploading in the File Type dropdown menu.
Helpful Tip: Change the File Name to a name that identifies the document. For example, “DDP siting plan 2024” or “PWSID_DDP Site plan map_2024”
When all your materials are added, click Submit to EGLE.
