Release 1.1
Release 1.1 of MiEHDWIS builds on the functionality delivered with the first release back in mid-September. Many of these enhancements support the Campgrounds program area to provide a better user experience in managing campground entities; address tab orders and general flow of using the system; and aim to streamline the campground licensing and permitting activities (aka., workflows).
The list below highlights other enhancements included in the release. Some were driven based on feedback from business stakeholders who are testing the system, participating in demonstrations, or who provide general feedback through departmental surveys.
Users can now view invoices for campground entities in real-time through the Michigan Cashiering and Receivable System (MiCaRS) interface.
Systemwide enhancements to improve the experience of using MiEHDWIS and making it easier to navigate between performing advanced searches, managing entities and their supporting information (i.e., detailed information, files, letters, tasks, and contact management). Features include an enhanced breadcrumb navigation, addressing button standards, and general bug fixes when editing entity details.
New notifications when a task is assigned outside of a licensing, permitting, and inspecting activity.
The ability to create activities automatically when files are submitted through the Submission Portal.
Safely manage download packets—a document that includes a cover letter and enclosures--when supporting documents may have been deleted from the system.
And enhancements to Activity advanced searching to search by more fields.
