The MiEHDWIS team is excited to deliver the 11.0 release of MiEHDWIS on March 16, 2023.  Included in this release is the ability to conduct electronic PDF reviews directly in MiEHDWIS and the new Worker Dashboard. In addition, this release includes many enhancements to existing functionality and numerous bug fixes.

PDF Review Functionality (Internal)

This release introduces the internal portion of the PDF Review functionality. The external portion will be included in the next release. Note: External functionality isn’t needed to conduct a PDF review electronically by an internal user.

  • Added workflow function to turn on PDF Review on any workflow step

  • Added a PDF Review tab to activities (when function is triggered on workflow step)

  • Added a PDF Review card on activities (when function is triggered on workflow step)

  • Added ability to view PDF’s in the Foxit File Viewer on the PDF Review tab

  • Added ability to annotate PDF’s in the Foxit File Viewer on the PDF Review tab

  • PDF Review statuses and actions:

    • Exclude PDF file from PDF Review

    • Set PDF file to Complete

    • Set PDF file to Response Required

    • Supersede PDF files

Dashboard Functionality

This release continues to add onto the feature set of the dashboard.

  • Added new Workers Dashboard for internal users that features the following:

    • My Open Activities Widget

    • My Open Tasks Widget

  • Added ability for users to have up to 6 Personal Dashboards

  • Added ability to add Contact Saved Searches to your dashboard as a list or a count

  • Added additional sorting options to the existing options for activity sort on lists (Created On, Entity Name)

Dynamic Forms Data-Binding Functionality

This release includes new data-binding functionality for dynamic forms. Dynamic forms can now be further customized and configured to include the major entities and activity information listed here:

  • Enabled data-binding for Septage Entity Information

  • Enabled data-binding for Septage Hauler License Activities

  • Enabled data-binding for Septage Entity Information

  • Enabled data-binding for Septage Entity Information

Production Bug Fixes

  • Fixed issue that caused the MiCaRS Transaction Queue to fail daily

  • Fixed issue that caused a 500 Internal Server Error when submitting a CWS construction permit (specifically related to CWS Facility Tank Volume field)

  • Fixed issue that made it so users could NOT clear all of their notifications in circumstances where thousands of notifications existed

  • Fixed issue with text wrapping not working as expected in the Task drawer (Task Description field)

  • Fixed issue that caused the Upload button to disappear in the file drawer

  • Fixed issue that caused general slowness within MiEHDWIS

  • Cleaned up data columns when exporting information from MiEHDWIS (CWS Entity Search, Contact Search, Process Export)

  • Fixed issue that caused a mismatch between the generated vehicle license file name and the auto-generated Vehicle License Activity name

  • Fixed issue that caused a mismatch between invoice information displayed in MiEHDWIS and MiCaRS (Amount Due)
