The MiEHDWIS team is excited to deliver the 4.0 release of MiEHDWIS on February 10, 2022—the first big release of the new year. This release is feature-packed, bringing with it new search and document management functionality and the modernization of the Swimming Pool program area.

General Features

Coverage Management. MiEHDWIS will allow more robust configuration and intelligent assignment of tasks and notifications. These tasks and notifications are smart enough to be assigned based on users who support entities in a given County or District/Subdistrict.

Search Enhancements. This release packs numerous search-based enhancements by including more search fields and a new global search option that allows you to search across entities, activities, files, and invoices from one place.

File Management Enhancements. This release contains new file management capabilities that allow you to customize what files uploads by activities (i.e., permitting, inspection, and licensing) and better categorize files based on additional data, such as dates and file tags.

Swimming Pools

Program Area Modernization. Gone are the days of legacy databases. The Swimming Pool program area has been modernized to take advantage of all current MiEHDWIS features, including fee/invoice management, template generation, and permit, inspection, and licensing activities.
