The MiEHDWIS team is excited to deliver the 10.0 release of MiEHDWIS on December 15, 2022. Among its numerous system/bug enhancements, this release adds functionality to alter the Local Health Department (LHD) associated with each entity for all entity types, as well as filter based on LHDs when using the document and activity advanced search tools. Additionally, this release enhances the Dynamic Forms builder by allowing campground functional data to be represented on (bound to) electronic forms.

Administrative / Bug Fixes

  • Fixed issue with tiles not adjusting uniformly when changing window size

  • Fixed issue that caused cross-browser rendering issues on forms

  • Fixed issue that caused incorrect invoice Created On date for SH license activities

  • Fixed issues that blocked user from making payments on more than one invoice from the financial card

  • Implemented more graceful handling of banner / error message when GEC webservice is unavailable for Spotlight

  • Fixed issue that caused discrepancies between MiCaRS invoice totals and MiEHDWIS invoice totals

  • Fixed issues that caused duplicate and empty fields / column names on export file for Sample Sites

  • Fixed issue that blocked user from saving dynamic form data on campground construction permit dynamic forms

  • General fixes to dynamic forms editor

LHD Management

  • Alter LHD Associations. This release includes the ability for users to maintain the local health department office associated with an entity. Users with edit entity permissions can easily update an LHD association directly from the entity detail screen.

  • Activity Search with LHD Filters. Users can now search for activities using a Local Health Department and LHD Office filter. All activities that match the selected filter will be displayed in the search results.

  • Document Search with LHD Filters. Users can now search for documents using Local Health Department and LHD Office filter. This search returns all documents attached to activities which meet the LHD filter criteria.

Campground Data-Binding

  • Campground Data-binding for Dynamic Forms. Gives the ability to users to access functional data tables that support the Campground Construction Permit activity and campground entities for data-binding these fields to a dynamic form. The following information is now available for data-binding:

    • Campground Construction Permit Details

    • CG Construction Permit Totals

    • Conditions

    • Linked Contacts (both entity and activity)

    • Linked Contributors (both entity and activity)

    • Campground Entity Details

    • Entity Construction Totals

    • Drinking Water Supplies

    • Wastewater Supplies

    • Wastewater Systems

    • Discharge Permits

General Enhancements

  • Entity Search Screens. Entity Search screens are now found by clicking through to the appropriate Program Area using the main menu. This is a more logical and intuitive approach to navigating to your desired search area.

  • Saved Search Enhancements. Users can now add multiple work groups to a saved search. This gives more accessibility and usability to the saved search feature!
