Dashboard Management
With Release 18, internal users can now set a new default dashboard and reorganize the order of their non-worker dashboard.
Setting a New Default Dashboard
Navigate to your user menu.
Select profile.
Select Preferences.
Click the Edit button.
The Default Dashboard option now has a drop-down menu showing all the current dashboards a user has created.
Select your preferred dashboard and click the Save button.
To remove your default dashboard, select Clear Preferences.
Clearing Preferences will reset all the saved settings in your profile.
Reorganizing your Dashboard Order
Select the dashboard you would like to be the second listed dashboard.
The Worker Dashboard will always appear in the first dashboard slot.
Click on the Dashboard Settings icon on the right-hand side of the screen.
Select Edit Dashboard.
Underneath Dashboard Name is Sort Order. Using the numbers 1-6, you can set the order of your dashboard from left to right.
The number 1 will place that dashboard all the way to the left next to the Worker Dashboard, while 6 will set that dashboard as far right as possible.
Save your changes.
This will start to reorder your dashboards across the top of your screen.
