How do I move an unlinked activity on the Submission Queue to an entity?

Some entity types, including Campgrounds and Septage, allow for the external user to submit activities without selecting a specific entity. This is important for new construction permits or businesses that don’t exist just yet. Once the internal staff receives these activities and creates a new entity (or knows that the entity already exists), they can link the unlinked activity to an entity through the Submission Queue.

1. On the main navigation pane, click Submission Queue.

2. Filter the results on the page based on your Entity Type and choose Unlinked.

3. Open

   

   Click on the hyperlink of the Activity ID to look at the activity and determine what entity it needs to be linked to.

4. Once the determination of entity has been made, check the box next to the appropriate activity(ies).

5. Click + Link to Entity.

6. Search for the entity you wish to link the activity(ies) to, and then click Save.
