Help Desk Responsibilities

The MiEHDWIS Help Desk is responsible for the following:

  1. Assist with user account issues.

  2. Triage issues reported to the Help Desk (bug reports, improvement suggestions, etc.)

  3. Certifier role questions (potential review by Certifier Team).

  4. Support of MiLogin Tier 1 assistance.

  5. MiEHDWIS technical support.

All other items outside of what is listed will be the responsibility of the program area. Expectations are that each area will ensure accountability of their respective function and support and respect for all areas to ensure overall program success.
