Swimming Pool Change in Ownership
The change in ownership workflow starts has two possible starting points.
External user creates the change in ownership application. EGLE staff will see this after they have completed the dynamic form, and it is submitted to EGLE.
The Swimming Pool Program staff receives documentation of ownership change, through the mail or email. The Swimming Pool Program staff can start the activity for the external user.

Locate Change of Ownership in Open Activities.
Notification has been sent about the activity
Activity will be in Submitted Status.
Transition to Begin Review when ready.
Review the information provided on the dynamic form.
This can be accomplished by opening the Dynamic Forms Drawer.
It is recommended to have the Dynamic form open in one tab, and the Entity Overview page open in another.
Confirm changes made on Entity Overview.
Navigate to Details tab.
Review the following information and make edits if needed:
Establishment Email address
Establishment Phone number.
Navigate to the Entity Level Contacts drawer.
Remove old MiCaRS Billable customer and change Role to Previous Owner.
Select the pencil icon next to contact to edit.
Add a new contact by Selecting the + Add button.
This will land you on the + Link Contact tab
Search for the linked contact by entering their name.
You can add a business name or an individual owner’s name here.
New information windows will open when a new contact is selected.
Set the new Linked Contact as the appropriate role of the contact type.
Set the new Linked Contact as the MiCaRS Billable customer.
Select +More Fields.
Select the address line, and a drop-down menu will appear, select the mailing address.
Select the Add button.
If no address was provided from the new owner, got to step 6 and transition activity to back to More Information Needed.
If the MiEHDWIS user ID does not have a linked entity, please review this Linked Contract and MiCaRS billable customer guidance.
Once entity-level details and contacts are updated, transition activity to Appropriate Route
Approved
This will close the activity.
The Program administrator will manually create a new transfer license.

Activity is assigned to the Entity Contributor
Communicate any revisions that are needed
Navigate to the Portal Collaboration tab. Either:
Create and assign a custom task.
Message the user in the Messages Card.
When information is provided from external user, internal status will be EGLE Review.
Email Entity for more information
This transition is used when of there is no users for the entity in the MiEHDWIS system.
Please email or call the entity directly.
When information is provided from external user via mail or email, internal status will be EGLE Review.
Assign Contributor to the Landing Page
This Transition is used when the program administrator wants the external user to complete the transfer ownership form in MiEHDWIS. This will assign the activity to the entity level contributor.
If a form has been mailed into EGLE, and that entity in MiCaRS has entity-level contributors, this transition will send it back to them to complete the form.
When information is provided from external user, internal status will be Begin Review.
When ready to transition to Approved a pop-up will appear asking that you confirm that you have:
Updated owner contact
MiCaRS Billable Customer
Set Up User
Check for linked Construction Permits or Renewal Licenses
Next Step - Create new Transfer licenses activities if needed.
The correct fees will be created automatically on that Transfer Licenses Activity
When ready, select the Approved button.
