How to use the Public Swimming Pool Inspection List by Activity Status report.

If a program area administrator needs to look at a list for reimbursements of Local Health Department, how a Local Health Department is doing on inspections or pull other information regarding there inspections the Inspection List by Activity Status can provide those answers.

1. Select Reports from the Left-hand Main Menu.

2. Select Public Swimming Pool Inspection List by Activity Status report.
   
   

   Open

   

3. Enter the parameters of the report.

4. Once the parameters are set, select Generate.

5. A pop-up message will appear in the top right-hand corner of the screen, confirming your report.

6. The report will be located in your download folder.
