How do I add a function to a workflow?

Workflow functions are specific items completed automatically by the workflow at specific steps or transitions.

  1. Click on Maintenance.

  2. Select Entity Configuration.

  3. Choose the appropriate Entity.

  4. Choose Workflow Templates.

  5. Select which Workflow Template to edit.

  6. Click Steps tab.

  7. Select the specific step or transition that the function will be added to.

  8. Click Edit.

  9. Under Functions, click Add.

  10. Select Function to use in an Activity.
