How do I use the Linked Documents Tab?

The Linked Documents tab contains all the files and forms of the current activity you are viewing. In addition, when different activities are linked, the documents and forms of the linked activities will also appear.

On an Activity Overview page, there will be a tab along the top, after the Details tab, called Linked Documents.
Click on the Linked Documents tab.
Files can be text filtered, and toggles at the top of the page allow for including archived files, draft documents and incomplete forms
The documents on this page can be sorted by status, Activity ID/Activity Name, File name, type, document status, submitted date, Month/Year, externally visible and archived status.
Documents from the Linked Documents Tab can be bulk downloaded. The Bulk Download button will become active when one or more documents are selected.
