How do I manage my dashboard and add a saved search?
Worker Dashboard
The tab contains open tasks, open activities, and open messages assigned to the user or the user’s workgroups.
My Open Tasks
This card contains a list of every open task assigned to you and your workgroups.
Click Sort and Filter Options.
Click Sort.
Click Task Due Date to sort by date task was created.
Click Task Title to sort by task name.
Click Assigned to, to sort by person it is assigned to.
Click Assigned to Filter.
Choose a workgroup to filter all tasks based on that workgroup.
Click Activity Type To Filter.
Choose an activity type to filter all tasks based on that type.
My Open Activities
This card contains open activities assigned to you and your workgroups.
Click Filter.
Type in an Activity Type to filter based on one or more activity types.
Choose a workgroup in Assigned to Workgroup to select which workgroup to filter by.
Choose an individual in Assigned to Individual to filter activities for a specific user.
Choose an Activity Status to filter activities on.
Click Open Tasks on Activity.
Click Yes to filter by activities that have an open task on them.
Click No to filter by activities that do NOT have an open task on them.
Choose a date range in Created On.
Choose a date range in Modified On.
Choose a County to select a county to filter all activities on.
Type in an Entity ID.
Click Entity Name to choose which entity to filter by.
Click Filter to filter activities by inputted information.
Click Clear to remove all inputted information in the filter dialog.
Click Cancel to cancel filtering.
Click Reset the Reset Filter dialog box appears to verify if you want to reset My Open Activities filter.
Click Reset to reset My Open Activities filter.
Click Cancel to not reset My Open Activities filter.
My Messages on Open Activities
This card contains a list of all messages on open activities, sent to you or your workgroups.
Click Workgroup to select from your workgroups or name to filter information.
Click Latest Message Source select from the following.
Click External to filter by external user.
Click Internal to filter by internal user.
Click All to filter by external and internal users.
Slide the Older than 14 days to filter by messages that are older or newer than 14 days.
Personal Dashboards
Each user has the ability to create up to 6 personal dashboards. Each personal dashboard contains saved search cards, up to 6 count cards and 3 list cards. Count cards display the name of the saved search, a total count of the results, and a link to the saved search results. List cards display the name of the saved search, a total count of the results, a sort to apply to the search results, the list of the actual search results, and a link to the saved search results.
How do I find all the saved searches in the system?
Dashboard Settings
Additional dashboards can be created, edited, and removed by performing the following.
Click Dashboard settings icon.
Click Create New Dashboard to create a new dashboard. Up to six personal dashboards can be created.
Click Edit Dashboard to make changes and edit the personal dashboards.
Click Delete Dashboard to remove a dashboard.
Save a Search on a Personal Dashboard
Click the Settings icon on the top right area.
Click Edit Dashboard.
Add your saved search(es) to the Count Area or List Area, depending on what type of search you would like on your dashboard.
Click Save and the dashboard will update.
Click Cancel to exit out of settings.
