How do I upload a Swimming Pool file?

Click on Create Activity.
From the dropdown, select the Entity Type of Swimming Pool Establishment.
Under Activity Type, select Submit a Swimming Pool File.
Type in the Entity Name or Entity ID to ensure that the file is connected to the correct Entity upon submission. Confirm that the Entity Name matches the Entity ID.
Click Create.
At this point, you will be taken to the Activity page and are assigned a unique Activity ID (ACT-XXXX).
On this page, you may click Upload Attachment to upload files, use the Send Message tool to send a message to the appropriate DWEHD staff member, view the Status and Timeline, as well as complete any Tasks, if applicable.
To upload a file, click Upload Attachment.
Select the file(s) to upload.
Complete the information on the card.
Helpful Tip: Try to be as accurate as possible with the File Name section of the File Upload card. For example, “2024_Accident report_July”
Click Submit File.
The Current Status will change to In Review and under the Description will be Success.
