CCR cert of distrubition.mp4

Consumer Confidence Report (CCR) Certificate of Distribution activities are automatically created when a Consumer Confidence Report activity is submitted to EGLE. Please do not create an activity for the CCR Certificate of Distribution, instead find the activity that was created for you by taking the following actions:

  1. From the Open Activities card on the Dashboard, Filter for Activity Type, Community Water Supply - Consumer Confidence Report Certificate of Distribution.

  2. Click Filter.

  3. The Open Activities card will update to show only the open CCR Certificate of Distribution activities. Activities that have an icon with a triangle and an exclamation point in the center require your attention.

    1. If there is no CCR Certificate of Distribution activities listed, please confirm that the Consumer Confidence Report activity was submitted.

    2. For more information about submitting a Consumer Confidence Report, please visit How to Submit a Consumer Confidence Report (CCR)?

  4. Select the Activity ID (ACT-XXXXXX) for the correct CCR Certificate of Distribution.

  5. At this point, you will be taken to the Activity page.

  6. Review the information listed in the Description field for instructions to submit the activity.

  7. To upload a file, scroll down to the Customer Attachments card and click Upload Attachment.

  8. Browse or drag the completed CCR Certificate of Distribution form to the File Upload area.

  9. Fill out the following information in the File Upload area for each file:

    1. File Name: Please title the file with a name that accurately describes the file being uploaded.

      1. Example Format: {Year} CCR Cert. {PWSID/Supply Name}

    2. File Description: Optional field to include any necessary information about the file.

    3. File Type: Please select the File Type that best suits you are uploading, Consumer Confidence Report Certificate of Distribution or General Correspondence.

  10. Click Save.

  11. Review your Activity.

    1. Make sure all your attachments are accurate.

      1. At this point, you may edit file details, delete erroneously uploaded files, and upload any missed files.

  12. When you are ready to submit, click on Submit to EGLE.

    1. Until the Certifier approves and submits the activity to EGLE, you may still edit file details, delete erroneously uploaded files, and upload any missed files. You still have the option of withdrawing the activity as well.

  13. Complete required information in the Submit to EGLE popup box and then click Submit to EGLE.

    1. Check Submission Attestation checkbox.

    2. Enter Security PIN that was sent via email.

      1. Please check spam/junk folders if not received. If still having PIN issues, reach out to the help desk for assistance.

      2. The same PIN may be used for other submissions until you log out of your current session.

  14. When the activity status changes to EGLE Review/Completed, you’ll know your submission made it to EGLE and no further action is required at this time.
