  1. Create Activity. This can be done in one of two ways.

    1. Using the Activity Menu on the user Dashboard.

    2. Selecting Create Activity in the left-hand menu.

  2. Select Swimming Pools as the Entity Type.

    1. If creating an activity from the Activity menu, this step might be skipped.

  3. Select Swimming Pool Equipment Change as the Activity Type.

  4. Select your Entity. There are several ways to locate your entity.

    1. The Your Entities list will show entities you are a contributor on.

    2. The Full Set of Entities List will show all of that type of entity

    3. Create New is for when you are creating a new entity.

      1. If you are creating a new entity please following the guidance for the creation process.

      2. Not all program areas can create new entities.

  5. Select + Create.

  6. Complete the Equipment Change Form.

    1. Make sure the correct swimming pool number is listed on the form (SP-XXXX-XX).

    2. Confirm that an email address is provided on the form.

  7. Select Upload Attachments in the Customer Attachments section to add the completed equipment change form.

    1. In addition to the equipment change form, be sure to include the following:

      1. If installing a new salt chlorine generator, upload the installation diagram.

      2. If you have product specification sheets, please upload them as an attachment.

    2. After all documents are attached to your activity, select the Submit To EGLE button.
