How do I create a new entity?
A list of all entities that you are associated with is listed on your dashboard under the Entities card. If you wish to create a new entity, follow the instructions below:
Navigate to Create Activity.
This can be done by:
Selecting Create Activity in the left-hand menu.
Selecting Create Activity in the Activity Menu on the dashboard.
Choose the appropriate entity type.
Please note, you cannot create a new entity for Community Water Supply, Noncommunity Water Supply, or Onsite Wastewater Management.
Once you have selected your entity type, select the appropriate Activity type.
Campground = Construction Permit
If you are not creating a new campground, but instead changing ownership of a currently established campground, see change of ownership.
Swimming Pool = Construction Permit
If you are not creating a new swimming pool, but instead changing ownership of a currently established swimming pool, see change of ownership.
Water Hauler = New Business Application.
New Septage Hauler, please contact the Septage Program Administrator.
Septage Waste Receiving Facilities, please contact the Septage Program Administrator.
If you are not creating a new entity, but just changing the name of a current entity, please contact your entity program manager.
Select Create New Entity.
An information window will appear. Fill out the information for your new entity.
You will be asked to validate your address. Click Continue.
This will take you to the activity overview page of the activity you just created for your new entity.
The new entity will now be listed on the Entities card on your user dashboard.
