How do I submit a Closing Order, or Complaint Inspection for a Swimming Pool Establishment?
On the Dashboard, Click Create Activity in left-hand menu.

Select Entity Type - Swimming Pool Establishment
Select Activity Type - Swimming Pool Closing Order or Swimming Pool Complaint Inspection
Enter swimming pool name or ID under Entity. Select correct pool from dropdown.
Select Create.
Helpful Tip: When selecting Entity by typing in Swimming Pool name, double check to make sure the correct Entity is selected, i.e. “Baymont” will return a list of 30 different possible matches. Confirm the address and county of the establishment. The Address and county will be listed in the third line under the Entity.
A new screen will appear. Scroll down to see the Customer Attachments card.
Select Upload Attachment button, select either a file from your computer, or if you are on a tablet or phone, take a picture of the document, using your device’s camera.
Options for uploading files.Name the File.
Helpful Tip: Change the File Name to a name that identifies the document. For example, “Baymont Inn July 2024 complaint” or “Closing Orders SP-1019-01”
Select Inspection Report under File Type
Select Save
The activity Screen will reappear, scroll to the top and select Submit
Please note: Do NOT select Submit A Swimming Pool File activity. This is the wrong Activity Type and will slow down processing.
