When uploading documents into MiEHDWIS, please follow the below naming convention.

Naming Convention

Document Abbreviation-WSSN-MonthYear-EntryPointName-Version # 

Example: MOR-01234-052022-Well1-2 

Note: MonthYear should reflect the Month and Year that the file pertains to, not necessarily the received date of the file. 

Note: Entry Point Name is not applicable in all situations. 

Note: Version Number is only needed if there is more than one.

This list compiles the top documents that will be processed. This list may not encompass every single file type. If you come across a file type that does not exist on this list, please reach out to your MiEHDWIS District Liaison.
