Why am I not getting notifications for messages?

Please be aware that some external users have reported that they are no longer able to receive notifications from MiEHDWIS via email and are only able to receive them via MiEHDWIS.

This change in notification settings seems to be have occurred after a recent system update.  The MiEHDWIS development team is working on a fix. 

In the meantime, there is a work-around available to users, which is detailed below:

  1. Click on your Profile icon in the top, right-hand corner.

  2. Select Profile from the drop-down list.

  1. Select Preferences tab on your profile.

  2. Choose your preferred Notification Alert Method(s) from the drop-down.

  3. Click Save.
