How do I access my Local Health Department office information page?

  1. Navigate to the LHD Office Card, on the bottom left side of your dashboard, and Click the LHD Office you want to access.

  1. At this point, the LHD Office Overview page will appear.

  1. Click on the Details tab to see the details of the LHD office. The address, phone number and email address of the office will be located there.

  1. Click on the Contacts tab to see the Contacts for the LHD office. The page will default to show active contacts in that office.

  2. Click the + Add button to add a new contact to the office.

  1. An Associate Contact to LHD office screen will appear. Search for the contact by typing their name in the Contact Name field. The system will start to auto populate names. When the correct name shows up, select the name.

  1. Once a name is selected, other information fields will appear. Click on Add, to add contact to the office.
