Creating Multiple Activities at Once
A user can create multiple activities at once, and submit them to EGLE using this process.
On the dashboard left menu, click Create Multiple Activities.
Choose the Entity Type for the activities you are creating.
Click Next.
Select the activity types you need to create.
This is a multi-select. Choose all required activity types.
To find an activity type quickly, type its name, and it will auto-populate.
Select Next.
There will be a list of selected activity types; choose the entities that require each activity type.
You can select multiple entities for each activity type.
To locate an entity, type the first three characters of the Entity Name or ID.
Select Next.
Review the list of activity that will be created.
After reviewing the planned activities:
Select the Back button to make changes.
Select Create if all information is correct.
Select Cancel to remove all activities.
Once you select Create, a loading screen will appear while the activities are being created. Please do not navigate away from that page.
Once the Activities have been created, you will be taken to a new page Activity Page (ACT-XXXXXX).
This Activity page will be the page for one of the activities that were bulk created.
In the upper-right side of the screen you will see a navigation panel.
You can use the arrows to navigate between recently created activities. This lets you complete one activity and move directly to the next without returning to the dashboard.
Selecting the center 3-line icon opens a dropdown menu.
Selecting Clear Work List, will remove all activities from your navigation screen.
Selecting Return to list will give you the activities that were just created in a list form.
Select Begin Work List to return to navigating between activities.
When back on the activity Overview page, complete and submit the activity.
Use the Navigation arrows to move to the next activity.
Once all activities have been completed and either submitted to EGLE or sent for certification, Navigate back to the dashboard.
To locate the activities you have completed, check your Activity History.
