CWS

• CWS Permitting. This release includes additional workflow enhancements that directly support the CWS construction permitting process. The list of enhancements include:

  • The ability to automatically generate a task for an external user through an online form.

  • Restricting a new construction permit workflow is there is an active construction ban with the entity.

  • More advanced form field configuration options (e.g., form field database mapping).

  • The ability to set resolution statuses automatically via workflow transitions and steps.

  • Enhanced activity searching to allow searching by workflow resolution statuses.

General Enhancements

• Dynamic Forms Enhancements. Improvements to the dynamic forms engine to allow functional field mapping and configuration to database fields.

• File Management Enhancements. This release now allows you to conduct advanced searching across MiEHDWIS files and documents by using 36 different functional fields, such as document name, type, size, date information, and activity or entity association.

• LHD Enhancements. Local Health Department (LHD) district and local offices received a major enhancement with this release. This information was moved to a more prominent location on the menu, appearing in the list as partners. MiEHDWIS allows you to more formally browse this information and associate contacts to branch offices.
