The MiEHDWIS team is excited to deliver the 5.0 release of MiEHDWIS on March 24, 2022. The release boasts numerous features with a strong focus on improving the file management capabilities of the system, improving how users interact with managing coverage areas, and in user account provisioning.

CWS

  • Sample Site Plans. The release includes a feature that allows Sample Site Plans to be exported, which allows a user to work with the data outside the system.

Public Swimming Pools

  • General Program Area Enhancements. This release includes various enhancements to the Public Swimming Pool program area that were captured after Release 4.

System-Wide Enhancements

  • Coverage Management. Introduces an improvement to the interface for managing coverage areas in the system, specifically when working with workgroup-coverage area selections and configuration.

  • Notification Templates. The release allows system administrators to view notification templates currently in the system - edit capabilities coming soon.

  • File Management Enhancements. This release is jam-packed with exciting file management features including the ability to filter files from the file drawer, search for files across the entire system using the Document Search advanced search, and improves the usability of file uploads across one or more entities.

  • User Permission Management. This release includes a more robust and streamlined way to provision user accounts in the system.

  • Security. This release provides more granular security management for voiding and deleting fees.
