Deleting Files

Files may be deleted on an activity PRIOR to submitting to EGLE

  1. Navigate to the unsubmitted activity (i.e. Draft, Pending Certification) and scroll down to Customer Attachments.

  2. Click on the Trash Can Icon next to the file in which you would like to delete.

  3. Click Remove on the Remove Attachment Confirmation box.

  4. If needed, click Upload Attachment to add the correct files (or any additional files) to the activity.

Editing Files

In the event of a misnamed file or wrong file type selected, you may edit the file details on an activity PRIOR to submitting to EGLE

  1. Navigate to the unsubmitted activity (i.e. Draft, Pending Certification) and scroll down to Customer Attachments.

  2. Click on the Pencil Icon next to the file in which you would like to edit.

  3. On the Edit File box, make needed corrections, and then click Save.

Archiving Files

Files may be archived on an activity AFTER submitting to EGLE and the activity is NOT in EGLE’s hands.

If you need to correct a file that is in EGLE’s hands, use the Messages card and ask that the activity be transitioned back to you.

  1. Navigate to activity that requires file archiving (i.e. More Information Needed) and scroll down to Customer Attachments.

  2. Click on the Archive Icon next to the file in which you would like archived.

  3. Select an Archive Reason on the drop-down menu on the Archive Attachment Confirmation box, then click Archive.

    1. The file will now be hidden. If for some reason you need to retrieve that file, please contact someone from the program area via the Messages card.

  4. If needed, click Upload Attachment to add the correct files (or any additional files) to the activity.
