There are three avenues for submitting a Campground Renewal Application. Most steps are necessary for each mode of submission; however, there are variables described below. 

Submittal via Portal, Email, or Mail (Submittal Process)

  1. Create License Activity either by bulk process (see Bulk Transition Activities Quick Reference Guide) or choose a single campground. 

    1. Enter Activity Name and Activity Type

  2. Download and send (mail or email) License Application and Invoice to Campground Owner. 

  3. Transition Activity Status to Application Sent

  4. Campground Program Administrator receives submission of completed application and proof of payment. 

    1. A notification will appear in MiEHDWIS if submitted through the Portal. 

  5. Transition Activity Status to Application Received

  6. Link submitted documents to License Activity from Submission Queue or Entity Overview Files Drawer

    1. If documents are received outside of MiEHDWIS, upload application to the Files Drawer of the new Activity. 

    2. If documents are submitted through MiEHDWIS, link documents to License Activity from either Submission Queue or Entity Overview Files Drawer. 

    3. If applicant incorrectly linked to the wrong entity, unlink and link to correct Activity. 

  7. Transition Activity Status to Process License

  8. Enter details in the Campground License Details screen, click Save

  9. Generate License from the Overview screen. 

  10. Download and send License. 

  11. Transition Activity Status to Active.
