Configure the CWS Permit workflow to implement the timer correctly (fixed in 15). Must be updated in situ.  The Advanced Property has to be set on 7 steps. Add the Property and the Property Description as shown in the image below

If there are All external tasks on pre-submitted work, we need to find the workflow tasks the workflow should be updated. to include more than one contributor able to complete that task.. Tasks currently. assigned to Activity Creator or Certifier and changing their assignment to Activity Creator, Contributor, AND Certifier.

Go into the workflow, find all functions that include “external tasks” in them, change the “Assigned To” field to Activity Creator, Certifier, and CertifierContributor. (Examples include: Generate External Form Task, Generate External Custom Task)
