Don’t forget to check the box off for the task, either now or when you are satisfied that you have completed this task!

  1. Go to the Dynamic Forms Drawer, click +Generate.

  2. Click Inspection Summary - Swimming Pool.

  3. You will be taken to the form. Complete the appropriate information on the form and click Complete.

Helpful Tip: If you accidentally select “Inspection Report - Swimming Pools” instead of “Inspection Summary - Swimming Pools”, you can easily delete the wrong form. Select the “Details” tab at the top of the page and then select the three dots in the top right-hand corner. You will have the option to delete the form, and it will navigate you back to Dynamics Froms drawer.

  1. Enter in the Submitted Date. This is the date that the inspection form was received by EGLE (by mail, email, etc.). Click Complete.

If you select Not in Compliance, a follow-up inspection activity will be automatically created.

  1. If there are violations, go back to the activity Violations tab.

  2. Go back to the activity overview and into the Files Drawer.

  3. Upload the inspection report, enter in the appropriate details. Click Save.

  4. Transition the activity to Done.

  5. Check off that you have uploaded the inspection report and completed the form. Click Done.

Inspections submitted via MiEHDWIS

  1. The external user will find the inspection on their Open Inspection Activities card on their dashboard. They will click Begin Inspection or Upload Inspection Report, depending on if they want to complete the form in MiEHDWIS or upload a PDF of the report.

Note

If they determined that any of their information needed to be updated, a new activity will be created for you to update their information based on their comments.

Did the external user complete the dynamic form in MiEHDWIS?

In Compliance

  1. Nothing is required of you at this point. It will go to Approved / In Compliance and the workflow is complete.

In Substantial Compliance

  1. If the external user said that a follow-up will be required, a separate follow-up activity will automatically be created.

  2. The violations will show up in the Violations tab of the activity.

  3. Go to the Dynamic Forms Drawer and click the eye icon to view the entire inspection form.

  4. Transition to the compliance recommendation (In Compliance, In Substantial Compliance, or Not in Compliance).

Not in Compliance

  1. A separate follow-up inspection activity will be automatically created.

  2. The violations will show up in the Violations tab of the activity.

  3. Go to the Dynamic Forms Drawer and click the eye icon to view the entire inspection form.

  4. Transition to the compliance recommendation (In Compliance, In Substantial Compliance, or Not in Compliance).

Did the external user upload the PDF report in MiEHDWIS?

Check in the PDF Review tab (save clicks)

In Compliance

In Compliance

  1. Nothing is required of you at this point. It will go to Approved / In Compliance and the workflow is complete.

In Substantial Compliance
