The MiEHDWIS team is excited to deliver the 3.2 minor release of MiEHDWIS on December 6, 2021. This release is packed with new features for managing coverage areas, which controls activity and task assignments automatically via workflow, and various advanced search, financial, and performance enhancements.
You may see some Swimming Pools data/language while using MiEHDWIS; the Swimming Pools program is not ready for use in MiEHDWIS at this time.
Community Water Supply
SDWIS Synchronization
Introduces new messaging that indicates when data was last synchronized with SDWIS.
Invoice Visibility
Program staff will be able to access MiCaRS invoice data directly from each Community Water Supply Entity Overview screen.

Campground Licensing
Activity updates to accommodate campground owners who wish to pay for more than one year on their license renewals.
General Enhancements
Coverage Management
Introduces a new, standardized coverage management model that enables activities and tasks to be automatically assigned to workgroups and users based on County or District they are assigned to support.
Invoice Synchronization
The integration with MiCaRS receives a boost this release, enabling MiEHDWIS to keep all invoices (open or closed) updated to ensure invoice information matches in both systems.
Performance Fixes
Enhancements were introduced to improve the performance of the audit history tables and various financial bulk processes.
Bug Fixes
General bug fixes to MiEHDWIS-MILogin integration, profile preferences, advanced searching, and invoice/fee creation workflow functions.
