This process is available on the Activity Search screen only. It allows users to download previously generated documents in bulk (not new documents). Documents are then stitched together into (multiple) 100-page PDF files and available from Operations > Download Queue. This bulk document download requires Activity Search results to be of the same entity and activity type.
The search results must all have the same Entity, Activity Type and Activity Status or the user will receive an error.
If a bulk download is repeated, the download date must first be removed from the generated document details page on the entity.
Click on Activities.
Enter the desired search criteria.
Make sure you include the following search fields.
Entity Type
Activity Type
Activity Status
Click Search and the Search Results page will appear.
Click Actions.
Click Bulk Document Download and the Bulk Download dialog box appears.
Use the same Search criteria information.
Click Save.
Click Download.
Under System click Operations.
Click Download Queue.
Find the file name and click the Download button.
