Choose either the Third Party QA Environment or the Third Party Citizen Environment.
Click Sign Up.
Enter in your Profile Information.
Optional - Free Temporary Phone Number (for 1-time-only security codes):
Example: EmailAddress+tp0717@gmail.com – can use this email format when creating an additional login and emails will go to your root email address (ie EmailAddress@gmail.com).
Answer the Verification Questions.
Agree to the Terms and Conditions.
Click Next.
Create your User ID - this must be your last name, first initial, and any four numbers (Example: DOEJ1234).
Create a password that is unique to you.
Confirm your password.
Click Next.
Choose your password recovery method(s).
Click Create Account.
Lastly, follow the instructions to Request Access to MiEHDWIS.
