Managing Activity-Level Contributors
Differences between Entity Contributors and Activity Contributors
Activity-Level Contributor - This level of user can only see the activity that they are added to. If an entity had 50 activities, but they were only an activity-level contributor on one activity, they could only see that one activity.
example: Contractors who are only helping with one type of activity, like a construction permit.
Entity-Level Contributor - This level of user can see all the activities on an entity they are added to. If an entity had 50 activities, as an entity-level contributor, they could see all 50 activities.
example: Seasonal worker, administrative staff,
Locate the activity.
This can be accomplished in several ways:

Selecting Activity History in the left-hand navigation bar.
Select Activity ID link.
Once on Activity page, scroll down to the Activity Contributors card.
There is a list of entity contributors listed, with the following information:

There is a text Filter bar along the top of the page.
Adding New Activity Level Contributor

After you have provided the full User ID, select the Add button.
The new contributor will now appear in the Activity contributor card.
Removing Activity Level Contributors
To remove a contributor from an Entity, navigate to the Contributors tab on the Entity Overview page.
Locate the user you would like to remove in the contributors list.
Select the trash can icon next to the user you would like to remove.
You cannot remove yourself from an activity.
A confirmation window will appear.
When you remove an activity level contributor, that individual will not be able to see the activity on their customer portal.
Select the Remove button.
That contributor is now removed from the Activity Contributor card.
