How do I Update a submitted Cropping Plan for Land Application of Septage Waste?
You will need to update your Cropping Plan if:
- A new landsite has been added since the submission of the original plan.
- Any other details of the original plan have changed.
Please Note, your plans must be updated within two weeks of any changes.
Navigate to the submitted cropping plan activity by either locating it in Open Activities card, or in your Activity History.
This will take you to the submitted Activity page. with a unique Activity ID (ACT-XXXXXX).
You will see the activity status at the top of page, showing that it has been submitted to EGLE.
Select the Update Plan button.
Select the Edit Form button.
Scroll to the bottom of the Task cards and select the Review Form button.
Update the form to reflect changes to your approved Cropping Plan.
Click the Complete button at the bottom of the form when you have finished filling in the required information.
To add any additional supporting documents, scroll down to the Customer Attachments area, click Upload Attachment.
Select the best-fitting file type from the dropdown menu and click Save.
Please be sure to include the Year and Land Site ID(s) in the File Name.
When additional documents have been added, mark the Update Plan task complete on the Task list.
You will not be able to submit your activity if the tasks are not marked complete.
If you need to edit the form again, select Edit Form.
This will create a new task on the Task List. Select the Review Form button and edit as needed.
Click Complete at the bottom of the form when done.
When ready, click the Resubmit button to resubmit your updated cropping plan activity to EGLE.
