New Water Hauler Business Application Process

Navigate to Create Activity. If this is your first time logging into MiEHDWIS, you will automatically be taken the Create Activity page.

1. If you are not a new user, you can locate create activity in:

   1. The Activity Menu on the user dashboard.

   2. The Create Activity option in the left-hand user menu.

Select Water Hauler as the entity type.

Select Water Hauler Business License Application for Activity.

1. This activity if for new businesses only.

Select Create New Water Hauler.

Fill out the required information and when ready, click the + Create button.

Confirm your addresses.

This will take you to the Activity Overview of your Water Hauler Business Licenses Activity.

Review the guidance and when you are ready, select Start Form.

This will take you to your license application. Please fill out all the appropriate and required information.

When you are done, you can select Complete.

If you need to return to your form and complete it at another time, select Save Draft.

You may be asked to validate your addresses.

When your application is complete, select Submit to EGLE.
