Withdrawing an Activity

An activity can be withdrawn, as long as it hasn’t been submitted to EGLE first.

Once items have been submitted to EGLE, EGLE has to manage the activity and its removal.

The Withdraw Process

  1. Locate the activity to withdraw.

    1. Check the Open Activities card on the User Dashboard.

    2. Review the Activity History page.

  2. Check the Activity Status.

    1. If an activity is in Draft Status, you can withdraw it.

    2. For Community Water Supply Users, activities that have a Pending Certification status can also be withdrawn.

  3. On the Activity Overview page, select the Withdraw button.

Confirm the Activity Status is Draft and select the Withdraw button.

  1. A pop-up window will ask you to confirm your withdrawal.

The MiEHDWIS system will ask you to confirm your intent to withdraw the activity

  1. Select the checkbox and click the Withdraw button.

  2. The activity status will change to Withdrawn. Now this activity is no longer active.

    1. Some withdrawn activities will automatically delete within 48 hours of being withdrawn.

Confirming a withdrawn Activity

  1. Select Activity History on the left side of the screen.

  1. Once on the Activity History page, select the Activity Status drop-down to search for Withdrawn activities.

  1. This populates your activity history with only withdrawn activities.

  2. Confirm your withdrawn activity appears on the list.
