Viewing the Fees card
The Fees card will appear on activities that have a payment that needs to be made. It will appear in the upper right-hand corner of the activity overview page. Some of these activity types are construction permits, license fees, and transfer of ownership activities.
Please note, none of the community water supply activities will have a fees card associated with them.
Invoice
The invoice button will allow you to download your invoice directly to the device you are on. Occasionally, when you first transition to an activity that needs payment, the invoice will be gray and inactive. There is often a several-minute wait for your invoice to generate.
Pay
The pay button will take users to the EGLE PayPlace site. This is a secure online site where users can make credit card payments directly to the state of Michigan.
Fee Name
The fee name will display the activity type that the fee is associated with. For example, if you are submitting a construction permit for a campground, that will be listed in the Fee Name line.
Fee Amount
The fee amount is the total amount of all the fees. For example, a pool transfer fee is $60; however, if you are transferring the ownership of four pools, that total would be $240.
Invoice Number
The invoice number ties this invoice into our State of Michigan payment database.
Total Invoice
The total invoice amount is the amount of money due on the generated invoice.
Payment Status
There are three statuses that a payment could be in: Not Paid, Processing, and Paid.
