Frequently Submitted Activity and File Types - Community Water Supply Quick Reference Guide on Creating Activities
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
This guide highlights common submittal types and can be referenced to help you pick the right Activity Category and Activity Type for the file you need to upload and submit.
Please do NOT create a new activity to fix any mistakes contained within a previously submitted activity. Reach out to the appropriate Community Water Supply (CWS) staff member via the Messages card on the activity that was sent back to you for corrections.
Submit to EGLE - Urgent should only be used in instances of a positive bacteriological/total coliform sample result, high lead result, or similar. Please do not use this button for late reporting.
