Using a Security PIN to Submit an Activity (CWS)
Checking a Submission Attestation box and inputting a PIN are required to submit an activity to EGLE for community water supplies.
After attaching the necessary documents and completing the required forms and tasks, the Certifier will click the Submit to EGLE button.
A confirmation box will appear.
Click the Submission Attestation checkbox to confirm that your submission is true and accurate to the best of your belief and knowledge.
Enter the four-digit Security PIN that was sent your email address and/or cell phone via text message.
Select the Submit to EGLE button.
Once your activity has been submitted, check your email for a Submission Confirmation Email.
Starting in September of 2025, all activity submitted by a Certifier using the Security PIN will get a confirmation email regarding the receipt of the submission.
Important: You will receive one PIN per MiEHDWIS session. If you are logged into MiEHDWIS and submit multiple activities to EGLE, the same PIN applies. Logging out or timing out of MiEHDWIS will trigger a new PIN.
