Reviewing and Processing New Equipment Applications
This activity is started by the external users.
External users are told that their new equipment should be ready for inspection at the time of submission.
Once the application is submitted, the workflow will:
Verify if the submitter is a Contributor (entity level)
If they are not a Contributor, an internal task will be generated for the WH Program administrator to update the account.
If they are a Contributor, no further action is required.
Confirm that the submitter has verified their business details
If corrections are necessary, an internal task will be created for the WH Program administrator to update the account.
If no corrections are needed, no further action is required.
Activity is assigned to the Water Hauler Program Administrator.
Notification is sent.
Water Hauler Program Administrator transitions the activity to Begin Review.
Activity is now In Review.
