Configuration and Integration Wins

The configuration team has been busy these last few months. This list contains some of the major wins that have been completed:

  • Updated Delinquent Invoice template for Campground and Swimming Pools

  • Improved Withdraw confirmation dialog - CWS

  • CCR now has automatically generated “Preliminary Review” modifier

  • Workflow Loop added for adding historical documents on closed activities

  • CCR Certification of Distribution workflow updates for clarity

  • Change of Ownership activities for Swimming Pools and Campgrounds can now be externally generated

Current Configuration Work

Is there a configuration change you would like to happen? Submit a Request a Change ticket. The process is simple. Once you submit a change request, it is reviewed to see if this is something that is a quick review and change or if it something that needs to be approved on a larger scale. You will meet with the configuration team, to help come up with a solution.
