Overview

• Beginning January 2026, water supplies no longer create CCRs via the Create Activity Menu. Instead, EGLE generates the required CCR activities via MiEHDWIS/SDWIS Compliance Schedule integration and the CCR workflow kicks off and links the CCR Cert activities to the CCR.

• Activities are created for the supplies required to submit these to EGLE, nearly all supplies with the exception of a handful of water authorities (which have a 4/1 requirement to get data to their customers for reporting in their CCR).

• Supplies (Certifiers) will be notified of activity creation and assignment on January 1. Unsubmitted activity notifications/reminders are sent to the supply
