How It Works

• EGLE can now choose which SDWIS compliance schedule types should generate which MiEHDWIS activity types.

• When MiEHDWIS is set to watch for a specific SDWIS schedule type, and SDWIS contains a schedule of that type with:

  • Final status

  • No Closed Date …MiEHDWIS will automatically create the matching activity.

Daily Sync Process

• Every night at 3:00 AM EST, MiEHDWIS checks SDWIS for new qualifying schedules.

• This happens after the SDWIS CDS process finishes at 2:00 AM, ensuring the latest schedules are available.

• The newly created activities will be searchable in MiEHDWIS after the process completes.

• The SDWIS Compliance Schedule Activity Sync Process can also be run manually if activities are needed sooner.

• Consumer Confidence Reports (CCRs) & CCR Certificates of Distribution (CCR Certs)

New SDWIS Schedule Types and What They Create in MiEHDWIS

• CCAR – Cross Connection Annual Report → Creates a Cross Connection activity

• PUAR – Pumpage/Usage Annual Report → Creates a Pumpage activity

• CCR – Consumer Confidence Report → Creates a Consumer Confidence Report activity → Also creates a linked CCR Certificate of Distribution activity
